But you had nute burn on those as well. I think we need someone with more knowledge to verify you have the right ph. Also make sure your pen is calibrated.

The nutrient burn was on goldy when I accidentally misread the label and made the boost to strong, but I knew that and flushed her through for a week, the nutrient burn was still going to come through but that was expected, I doubt the ph would have been the same when I did it, thanks my friend

Yeah I know what your getting at but I use it for my plants and my sister uses it for her newts water and it was only got in February -March, I’ll have a look and see how to do it
I guarantee that is the problem also we need to know the proper ph for your medium.
My pen got out of calibration and the same thing happened to me (curling leaves)

Well first it took me a long time to realize the pen was the problem so I got real frustrated and my plants got real sick even started getting diseases as a result.
I had to throw one bad one out but the others I just got a new pen, calibrated it and flushed the plants and things got much better.
This is very important stuff to keep up on if you want success, ph pen calibration and even second readings from a backup pen wouldn’t hurt.

Oh yeah ,so I may need to flush her, oh here’s good news my pen doesn’t need recalibrating as my sister has a liquid ph testing kit and when tested and compared they are with in 0.2 - 0.3 of each other, so at least I could test that

Ok well I have tested them both in distilled water and they come out as pretty close with that and to cover my bases I’ve ordered another pen, thanks guys for your input i appreciate it

it looks like burn on those leaves…whether pH or nutrient or temperature…I dunno correct pH for coco and worm castings, at what point it would be considered a soil mix?

Update today for my sick one, I have taken her back out of the big pot, repotted her and flushed her through totally, the next couple of days are critical @Ray4x I wanted to tag you in this so you can see how quickly and easily things can change from looking really good to life threatening

I can’t offer any other advice except flush, check your pH meter and watch temps…it’s the media mix maybe throwing things off, but you have other thriving plants in the same stuff…what is the ppm of the run off?
I have been working on making a bigger scrog screen, 46" x 42"(117 cm x 107 cm)…I woke up today and started working on it, ran outta string, photos after shopping for more string

Yeah I have 2 other plants doing well with exactly what I’m giving them but mostly I don’t water so much to actually get run off, maybe that’s my problem but why would only the one plant be effective, keep me updated with the new scrog, I’ve ordered the parts for mine and they cost £58, little pricey but it can be reused again and again, I’ll let you know when I get it all and put it all together
Yeah, watering to run off on seedlings isn’t needed but I dunno why one plant suffered so extremely…and I would have sent the parts for a screen, just not allowed through forum policy plus international shipping is expensive

Yeah I appreciate and realise that my brother, there was a bit of different sizing over here and for some reason I had to order it through 2 different people, so I hope it all turns up ok, but I’ll let you know and I’ll have pictures, really looking forward to it and hopefully showing you it all done, as I’m sure you didn’t think I’d do it lol
