I could be wrong; the symptoms do look a bit different. BUT . . . your pH is so low. Phosphorus absorbs at a higher pH, so it’s consistent with the phosphorus deficiency diagnosis.

@tanxiaodi I think @arpeggio is right. With your ph being low it could be locking out some nutes. Try raising it up to closer to 6.5 and see what happens.
