I’ve never cloned anything I’m not familiar with any process of cloning whatsoever unfortunately sorry
Are you going to attempt to clone a plant in flower?
If so it’s not going to clone like you think it’s going to. She will take if properly done, but she will go into reveg and the bud on the clone branch will dye off and start growing nodes from the bud site. Other branches should make growth.
Right but I’m wondering if I have to leave the bud on or if I could take the bun off when I plan it
Well pick one with a small bud you wouldn’t want to pluck yet and then one you would pluck and try and see, I’m not sure.
@Jayjay504 you leave it be with bud on it just take longer to transition from flower to veg and to reveg you just have to be patient because it takes so long. I do it from time to time cut clippings from budding plants
@Lostgirl hey so since I moved them they seem like the leaves are are burning and crisping up. I’m sure it is something to do with the temperature or humidity or something but in this room there’s an air vents to my central air but I’m not sure anyway I have a curtain hanging over the window with tacks so I just cracked the window open hoping it’ll get some air in there but yeah they are looking really dry.
@Lostgirl also I finally got another fan rolling in there at the top, it has been needing that but it is definitely drying my soil up faster because I wasn’t going to water until the morning but I called it before the lights went out and they were drooping already so I just watered. I got some bad pH coming back out and not sure why because I even put a higher pH in to try to bring my pH up. Anyway these are the numbers. In went 6.82 pH and 586 PPM. Out came 6.24 and 6.16 pH and 937 PPM and 792 PPM
Also I noticed one of the plants is showing a faded stripe going down the leaf. Is that magnesium? Should I hit it with some cow mag? I’m telling you my leaves are not looking too good. Looks like they have a problem in every area lol
What week flower are they in?
One of them, the buds are full of orange hairs, I was wondering if it might be really close to done some kind of way. They will flip two flower on October 7th so I’m not sure how many weeks that’s considered from October 7th to today how many weeks you have to count for the transition
Unfortunately there’s really no fix for them. It’s far to late for that.
Your 8 weeks in flower. You should
STOP feeding them nutrients and give them tap water only that’s ph adjusted to 6.5 for the remainder of your grow.
Start checking the trichome production once a week. When your plant reaches your desired trichome status, harvest
So if I flip to flower on October 8th I thought you have to count one to two weeks to transition to flower so aren’t I really only 5 weeks into flower
Ok, I thought you meant she started flowering on the date you provided.
It’s about 10 days to 2 weeks when you flip to 12/12 your plant will start flowering. The day you see pistols is day 1 (is what most people do)
So if you want to subtract the amount of time until you saw pistols you can do so. You would simply continue feeding until the end of week 7
Day one of week 8 take your nutrients away.
The first thing I would do is wait until all of my pistols turn orange and curl back into the buds. When that happens, start checking your trichomes.
Now, you’re feeding at almost full strength if I recall. This should eliminate any possible deficiencies of nutrients.
As long as you continue to feed maintaining a run off of 6.5 & 1000ppm, proper lighting, and your environment is dialed in your plant will finish just fine.
Yes, your plant has some dried ugly leaves. You can’t fix that. That damage is done and will not reverse itself. You also have a ton of good live leaves that are totally healthy and will carry you through to the end of harvest.
@Jayjay504 it take about 2 weeks to transition when you see frist pistols start your count happy growing my friend
Well @Lostgirl took care of that. I was going to say exactly the same as for flip time. The rest is pure gold!!
@Lostgirl sorry to be a bother. I was wondering if I can boost my nutes some next feed? If so how much?
@Lostgirl hey so I just watered this is what I got. In went 6.90 pH. I put a higher pH in to try to bring it up since it was 6.2 last time. The PPM was 586. Out came 6.25 and 6.20 pH and 812 and 898 PPM
