Cool. Ill be back in town next sunday. We can hook up. That is a solid rig @FearsomeTea . Good video editing rig with that gpu and all that ram.
I am waiting for next gen AMD gpu then I will bring the whole box current again. I have a couple years till cant run everything at 4k or better. My OLED and my GPU actually push 8k in video and lower settings games. At 120hz. 40 fps. Playable but not for first person shooters. Frame drops are an issue. Input lag rears its head.
My discord name is insulinjunkie666 fel free to add me.
Very cool. One question, though… This is my first online interaction in (cough cough) a few decades. Has “troll” taken on a different meaning from what I see and hear online? Namaste y’all!
Good morning Sir @Rafa1660 and Welcome to the Forum! ![]()
If by “troll” you mean some mean spirited bastard who has nothing better to do than ruin somebody else’s mood, then no, it has not changed.

I hope you’ll have a great day

Welcome aboard @Rafa1660
We are a friendly group. Some folks will troll a site to Make sure it’s their vibe by checking out the scene first. But @kaptain3d is absolutely correct in that every society has their folks they wanna keep under a bridge ![]()
Nice to meet you!
Not exactly. But close!
I am an old farm girl transplanted into a big city. But I am a transplant nurse for cancer patients.
So it covers both ![]()

Very cool, You’re out there helping save lives. I’m 1 year post liver tranplant patient. I figured i would ask because of your username
. I had also moved from the country to city. I lived in the backwoods of Ohio for 33 years before i moved to the city 2 years ago. I was sick with stage 4 liver disease from cirrhosis right before i moved in. I adjusted quickly, had to really. But i enjoy it. All in all im just so glad i can get back to growing. And sharing. You have a good day now.
Good to hear you doing well @FearsomeTea going in for a Radical kidney removal The 18 th myself, unknown if cancer yet.
Damn homie, hoping for the best for you. I assume after the removal they’ll want you to get a transplant to replace the bad one. I have 2 friends who have had kidney transplants this year and one being because the original transplanted kidney failed on her. Her new kidney is doing okay rn at first it regected a couple weeks ago but its being stabilized now. But yeah your going through some shit rn and just hope it all works out the best for you. So definitly sending you some thoughts and prayer and hopfully no road bumps for you. It was a mess for 2 years trying to get my liver transplant so i know how shitty thing can get. Good luck buddy.
Thank you @FearsomeTea , nope no replacing the one getting removed, as of now just taking it one step at a time. Glad to hear you are doing well, and others that ended with the short straw so to speak
