When will we be able to see our VIP points again?

Good question. Maybe @ILGM.Sharon or @ILGM.Support has the answer.

At one time they stated that they would try to get it back online again but I don’t think that is their highest priority.
They also said you could use your vip points that you previously accumulated by contacting them.

We are working on it! At this point it’s possible to log in, some customers can see their history and build up points but some can’t.
Not everything is correctly migrated yet, unfortunately, this takes quite a lot of time but it shouldn’t take much longer now.
If you want to know how many points you currently have, and if you’d like to make use of them, our support team can help you with that.
