Likely pH, calcium and magnesium go hand in hand and often rep issues around the same time. Typically the top to mid level growth of the plant. Root zone pH is generally the cause when feeding appropriately.
These issues can be amplified with intense lighting.
Last run off? Average input?

Ive just been testing the ph in and its was 6.3 and I know i have a very accurate pen

Oh well that could be the problem ph could be really high sitting in the soiland causing issues, probably should do a run off test and see where it’s sitting so we can properly diagnose the issue at hand

Well i said a while back they all are actin out at times accept 3 that are growing perfectly and the main 1 is the gal in the 5g pot. Ive never had such a beautifully growing giant plant and amazingly most are stacked and stacked on the budsites. Im so excited for the yield bro! @DanB
