Garden update and flower room reset. We still got a couple finishing up but there moved off to the side to mature for a couple more weeks after they are taken out I will realign the Blackberry OG’s and let em run for a couple months and see where were at. :folded_hands::victory_hand:

Garden update yall. Done the first chop and drop of our Crimson Clover living mulch. Seems to be working good. Minimal water loss, Nitrogen seems to be cycling, this might just work. :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:
@Budbrother would now be a good time to redose that malted barley??? On top of the chopped clover? Or hold off? Thanks

And heres the reset of Blackberry OG from our brother @growdoc after their final clean up.

Yup. Those are the enzymes that turn over the nutrients you just chopped.

You can make a tea and add it to the last hour of brewing. Or just add it to some water for an hour and water it.

What kinda application rates do you recommend if mixing per gallon? Also I run soaker hoses 6" deep thru all the beds connected to 4, 55gal rain barrels that harvest the rain from our parking garage and is used as needed, i also run a touch more peat in the middle zone of my beds which helps hold water longer and reduces the need for alot of additional watering, just the normal rainfall is usually good enough until later in the summer/early fall when the rain slows here and I have to start depending on the barrels. The living mulch needed more frequent hand watering to get established but now it is it does just fine with the normal amount of rain as well. Thanks for always answering @Budbrother :folded_hands:. Your an amazing gardener and have an enormous wealth of knowledge about it all. :folded_hands::folded_hands::victory_hand:
