Upskirt: male or female or herm

Hi guys-- I have a smaller tent that I’ve been using to grow alongside my main tent, but just this morning I noticed some “sac-like” growth on the plant that has given me pause: has this plant hermied? I do see pistils… (3 weeks into flower)
