Time for harvest

Since everyone was so helpful with my last question , I am looking for some advice.
I am about to hit week 12 of flowering for my ILGM Maui Wowie indoor grow.
This is my first grow

I am pretty happy with how my trichomes are looking.
My question has a few parts.

1. How many days should I flush straight water , and how many days should I skip watering before I harvest.
2. Bud wash, is it worth the risk of mold?
   The room I am going to dry in stays around 75° and 45-55% RH.
3. I feel like I have read somewhere about shutting the lights off completely for a few days to make the plant produce more rosin… is that a real thing?
4. I have a lot of small new growth under my canopy that is healthy. Is it worth trying to change my light cycle and reveg to get some clones? Does that work?

i go for around a week to 2 weeks, if youve grown her right itll be obvs when u can stop

*it maybe but back to point one, if youve grown her right (and it looks like you have) completely unnecessary *

i do this all the time. Especially with a winning strain, the more chances u give urself of keeping her around, the better the chances of keeping a keeper

I just want to add - nice looking Maui Wowie. @PurpNGold74 has you covered. I water the day before harvesting. I figure it might help extent dry time. There are different ways to do it. I have also done 48 hours of dark but I stop watering the day before lights out. I consider the 48 hr dark time as part of the drying process.
