Also… only 4-5 of direct sunlight??? What if they get more?
@kaptain3d @Dman1969 anything to worry about on the one plant with some yellow on the edges??
Nothing I would worry about. Might be a bit too much water or nutrients. Maybe @Budbrother can elaborate a bit more
He’s a real “plant whisperer”. ![]()
It could be a few different things. What’s your ph? And are you feeding? If so how much? And what are you feeding? Did you raise your light if so how much? Did you lower intensity if so how much?

@Dman1969 I raised the light to 20 inches above canopy. PH range is 6.6 - 7.0. Yes feeding with fertilizer I bought from ILGM. Have only fertilized twice since the transplant and it was only approximately 8oz of water each plant. Note fertilizer was mixed in a 1/2 gal jug that I pour into a smaller vessel to feed. No did not turn down light intensity as tacoing seemed to quickly recover. Room temp is 70-75 with humidity at approximately 60-65%.
Please Wait for @Budbrother ‘s suggestion but I believe it’s hungry for something just not positive what

Will do. @Budbrother what u say…
Pluck the lowers and add some calmag to next watering.
check out the site www.timeanddate dot com for your city. It will have a calendar showing how many daylight hours your get each day. Anything over 14 hours/day is relatively safe to put them outside. Here in Vancouver area where I am, I can put them out mid-May
I did and I’ll hit 14 hours in mid May.
@Big123 I’m a gal that always has a lot of questions…
Probably a stupid question, but… is natural sun better than the grow lights for the plant? I want to put them outside on the deck when it’s sunny and fairly nice out. Can the plants take several hours of direct sunlight, or should I limit it? Also, if they are only out during the day, does temperature matter?
TIA
Nice job. Those girls are gonna be monsters by the time fall hits. They have a nice head start.
Yes, they love it. You get the full spectrum. It’s all good.
At first yes. Get them acclimate a few hours each day. After a week or so, they should be tough enough.
My two cents ![]()

Love this forum!!! So freaking helpful!!! I have great sun exposure…. Back deck gets southeast and front is south and west!!!
@Big123 and any others… I know I was told to add calmag at the next watering but could get it in time and I leave for vacation tomorrow…. Will they be ok until I get home and add calmag at that time? Added a pic cause it looks like yellow veining is happening???
