I wanted all to remember that everything I am growing is being done without ever checking my PH or PPM”s. I only own a cheap Vivosun ph pen. I use it once at the beginning of my first water to dial in my ph with apple cider vinegar. Then just repeat the same thing every time. Then after water use Advanced Nutrients and you never need to check unless you really want to for the fun of it. I do the same thing as if I had OCD. Maybe I do. But it works for me. Peace

You are having more success with your seedlings than I am. Having trouble getting it right on my new ones. I have always used peat pots with good starter mix. The same with these.
2 jack herer auto seedlings - lost one
1 white widow auto seedling - goner
5 AK-47 photo seedlings. 1 lost for sure, another is unlikely.
I think I fell victim to the “looks like it needs water again” syndrome.
Buried peat pots with seedlings in 6" nursery pots. Put domes over them, see if the cures me.
I am obviously no master grower. I just do the same things over repeatedly. I grew up on a farm and we never even heard of checking PH back then. Maybe just dumb farmer luck. Good growing to all.

Not sure what you farmed, but not all crops are ph sensitive. The ones that are spread lime on their fields to buffer ph. Most super soil recipes call for dolomite lime for the same reason. I have no idea what AN uses, but they’re adding buffers to follow same principles.

I go for bigger plants if possible. So far so good. Might try some training but usually to busy for that.

Thanks, I am using the PH perfect connoisseur line. If I cannot get that just the regular PH perfect line is awesome as well.

Same here my first time using them, like you said no need to check pH unless you want to double check 
For me the best. But to each his own. I don’t have the time to mix and check and adjust. I personally don’t see the need. But do what works for you I say.
