You may want to look at some of the distributors on alibaba. If they don’t already have something that will work, most will do custom stuff for pretty reasonable setup fee if order quantity is decent.
Hlg will be the high end just looking for mid range products.

In another thread @Roudy420 mentioned mars hydro FC3000. It looked solid for a 3x3. @dbrn32 ?? I think Hellraiser runs a couple HLG in his 3x3 not sure what models.

550 rspec in one tent with UVA
260 rspec and 2 135 rspecs in the other tent, waiting on 2nd UVA light for that tent
using both tents for flowering at the moment
