Yea I can’t wait for this harvest! I kinda drug my feet waiting for it to cool off a bit. Those summer temps were a killer. My house HVAC was in overdrive just to keep the place tolerable.

Just finished dry trimming all the rest of the autos (6 plants).
I never thought I would get tired of handling mass quantities of bud. But I had to make myself sit my butt down and pick out all the sugar leaves. It was kinda a love hate thing.
I do believe I might invest in or build a dry trim machine for the next harvest.
Currently, I have a mess-o (8 plants) 4-5 foot tall clones that just popped flowers last week, and judging by their size I should get about 4 times the amount I just processed from my autos.
Any DIY dry trim machine ideas out there? Show me some pics if ya got em.
I could buy one but I do enjoy building oddball stuff.

Sour D is 6-7 weeks in flower now. Tricomes are cloudy w some amber now. Do I continue to wait until there are no more white pistils? There are very few now. Thanks for all the help so far.

I use Alaska more bloom
($10-$15 at Home Depot,lowes,Walmart)
to bring out more white hairs I only use a capful or 2 mixed in a gallon of plain water once a week

I have the 0-10-10 on the right, I have only used it on other flowers. I have considered maybe adding some to the cannabis plants, just don’t wanna screw it up this close to the end.

My question is do I have to wait till there are zero white hairs to harvest? I don’t want too much amber, trying to avoid couch lock.

I also use subcools super soil to start and no salt based nutrient’s
but the more bloom is one nutrient I always use
(first started growing with no real money and I got lucky)
use one cap to a gallon of plain water once a week
It brings the new hairs out you will notice the difference when the hairs start change colors by how many new white hairs come out after next feeding

I go bye the tric’s I know some go buy the hairs but I can manipulate more hairs with the more bloom
So for me it’s jewelers loop checking tric’s in the middle of the buds vs top
When you do harvest that monster cola I let the rest of the plant go for another week or two
Most of the time those lower buds tric’s aren’t ready yet
Don’t let me throw off your grow what you’re doing is definitely working
For the high your shooting for with the tric’s mostly milky with a 10-15% sprinkle of amber
