Your and my wife must be related. When I was planning a new grow space I complained to her it was not big enough. Without hesitation she said “Make it bigger”. Problem solved. I love buying new lights.

Those are the ones I could possibly afford, IIRC. I think one of those would go nicely in the small tent, but I need to complete one more run to justify it to myself.
I watched their assembly instructions for some of their light kits, and while I can put together knock down furniture I don’t think my arthritic hands would hold up for electrical work which is more fussy.

Maybe if we get a tax refund. I don’t know yet - this year is a MESS what with me working half a year, retired half a year.

Good! I had three types to choose from to start this run, looks like I picked a winner.
I was going to hold the Bruce Banners till next time anyway, I understand they are a bit picky. I’ll be growing that with Gorilla Glue.
Apparently I’m not going anywhere anytime soon, so I’ve got plenty of time to dote.

Well the seeds no longer float, so into the Rapid Rooter pods they go! Yes I know, I didn’t let them soak 24 hrs and I didn’t put them in paper towels till they opened!
Hopefully will see sprouts tomorrow or the day after!

Yeah, I’m thinking of putting that reluctant seed right into the nursery bag. It got the full soak, and now a day and a half in the paper towel in a bag.

I ran a similar group on my last run. GG and GSC. The GSC was 1/2 a plant from snapping off one of the mains on a manifold and still out out a little over 2 zips

I’m curious to try different strains, as I’ve been buying “unbranded” weed forever. I rarely had a clue as to what type I was smoking.
Lucy smells and tastes like no weed I’ve ever had before. Very sweet, with the faintest of skunk in the background. Nom.

I can answer this. And the answer is yes zip = ounce. Another old school term is lid. They would use a coffee can lid to measure an ounce. Not very accurate but pretty easy.
