Mine is doing this slowly approaching 5th week of flower is this normal

those were some fan leaves I cut off on the very bottom. I have been having some problems posting pics but I finally figured it out. I posted two pics afterwards that were approx. 10 weeks old and in flowering for 3 weeks.

I’d not even worry about the leaves …  
The plant is taking what it wants from them
