All three at once and it’ll be like a Viking funeral for the state of California.
Either you are effing stoned 2da bone or one quick witted genius. That was deep on 2 levels… LMAO… goodnight
I’ll take…A Little of Both for $600 Alex.
Ahhh but he is my man only in jest. Sadly his heart belongs to the gf!!!
Also Im wondering why u wanna send Happily to his death???
Tiajuana is the #1 most dangerous city in Mexico and in the world!!! Has the highest homicide rate!!!
Dont go there Happyman!!!
Zooted where in Cali do u wang chung??
Haha you’re too much! I’m sure he would have a blast, not too sure if he would make it back home though. I hail from beautiful San Diego right here next to the border. I’ve had my fair share of fun south of the border let me tell you
Jealous. . .
I grew up in lucerne valley california I will never go back lol I’m glad you all like it though I remember being a kid seeing big bear on fire we could see the actual fire coming over the mountain and then it snowed ash for a while
I lived in riverside and la for a while. Wont ever go back, well maybe to Anaheim to six flags or Disneyland. I hate big cities.
You can say what you want about California weather is good or bad it’s all true it doesn’t matter where you go the same crap is everywhere. The difference with crap is how much is where… California has 40 million people living in it in those 40 million people there’s a lot of crap there’s also a lot of good… but what I can say about California most years is generally you can’t beat the weather… We have the oldest trees in the world we have the biggest trees in the world we have the Pacific Ocean in the sierra Nevada mountains. There’s something for everybody… The real problem with California is there’s too many somebody’s into little space
Right there with you @CoyoteCody not a big fan of huge cities either @Happilyretired definitely a lot of tourist attractions and I got to see a lot but most of that is northern Cali and cost a fair amount to go see and do things it does have decent weather but honestly the only thing I miss is going grocery shopping the selection the prices it was all so much better and all in one store couple hundred bucks food all month here in Colorado 200 bucks might last a couple weeks it seems
Cost of living is another reason I will be moving to Missouri. 10 acres and a 3 bedroom house for $70,000 yes please.
Shit sign me up rent in Colorado is all over the place but I have a sweet deal right now of 550 a month 2 bedroom 1 bath house
Ya rent here is insane as well, we really got blessed with the house. Here a 1 bedroom apartment can cost up to $1200 a month, all because of the oil industry. My wife’s parents were buying a 4 bedroom on 20 acres for $400 a month. I plan on buying mine outright though.
You plan on selling your one house and just buying another outright or you just doing some super saving
Selling this one, my brother and I are buying it together, my aunt sold it to us for $50,000 and we had it appraised at $180,000 as it sets, so after we finish paying it off we plan of putting a few thousand into it and selling and splitting it.
I travel around a bit and the only real difference I see from state to state is cost of property and taxes other than that eggs milk toilet paper pretty much cost the same most everywhere I go little bit higher or lower but average probably not too far off… Don’t get me wrong as soon as I find someplace like I have somewhere else I’m gone…
The grass is always greener, right?! I have to say I absolutely love where I live. Its not perfect but dayam p sweet.
What part and when do you plan to move?
Preferably central, or by the lake of the Ozarks. But might end up in the south eastern corner lol, idk yet.
SE corner is kinda no man’s land, but it’s pretty.
