Super growth after moving marijuana from indoors to outdoors

I grew a few marijuana plants in 1-gallon containers indoors. I had to go out of town for a couple of weeks so I moved the marijuana plants outside in July. They grew at an amazingly increased rate. Why did that happen?

Your marijuana plants grew more quickly outside because the light was more intense. Light is one of the main fuels behind photosynthesis—the process green plants use to convert CO2 and water into sugar. Plant growth is wholly dependent on sugar, both for energy and building tissue. With an increased amount of sugars being produced, the marijuana plant grew much faster. If you want to keep marijuana growing outdoors, it’s important to transplant them to larger containers.
