Still worried about my White Widow

The AK-47 has gone droopy the last couple of days, and the lower leaves are starting to turn yellow! :open_mouth: I water only every other day, the last two times have been plain water (no nutes). Is this another deficiency, or just too much water?

Are you watering on your schedule or the plants?

Plants schedule, I check the top of the coco and only water if it is warm to the touch. You think it’s too much?

Looks like signs of root problems. Could be from “wet feet”. Are you sure the coco toward the bottom of the pot isn’t still wet before you water again?

I think you are probably right, I just checked and the bottom is pretty damp. I’ll not water for a couple of days and see if she recovers.

Do you think you know what the brown stuff on the leaves is (the post above regarding the WW)?

Looks like mite damage except mites damage is usually white. Could be a mag deficiency with it being rusty looking. I see you’re giving calmag so have you had any PH fluctuations that may have locked out the magnesium?

@Watt-Sun How does the advanced mutrients do that?

@BobbyDigital My nute mix usually ends up at 6.0-6.1, if it’s 6.1 i put the smallest drop of ph-down which moves it between 5.8-6.0. The runoff is 6.0 as well. PH seems fine all round.

I’m talking early on. Like weeks ago since it is an older leaf. I don’t see much of it on your newer growth

early on i had nute issues for sure. most of this thread is about it i think  if its just fallout from the older issues, then it should be all sorted now. thanks for the advice!

Yeah, it looks like an old problem and the leaf won’t repair itself. Likely the plant will kick that leaf to the curb in the coming weeks. So don’t be surprised if that leaf starts dying off.

To be honest I’m not really sure on the science behind it. I know they chelate their nutrients so they can be absorbed over a wide variety of ph levels avoiding lock out . There’s a you tube video showing them add the nutes to all different ph level water . Some as high as 8. And once the nutes are added the ph just drops right into that 5.8 range.

Turns out this issue is still re-ocurring. Everything looks fine, but seems like some sort of deficiency? Desperate at this point, I have 2 weeks until I leave the country and have to leave my plants in the care of my sister (I fear the worst xD)

Any ideas what’s going on? They are not as vibrantly green as they appear in the images, I think my phone is filtering it or something. They are more pale.

This brown patchy stuff is still spreading upwards :frowning:

Could this be Potassium or Maganese deficiency? I’m really not sure :frowning:

So I had to leave my plants with my sister for a month. When I came back, they have the lower leaves all yellow. The coco seems to be dry, so i don’t think it’s root rot.

Just looking for some general advice. I’m thinking I should trim away the dead yellow leaves at the bottom and give them a flush out with plain water. Maybe you guys have some better advice?
Thanks!
