Chopped only the main cola 5 days ago. Waiting for the rest to fully amber. The fridge dry seems to be going really well so far.
@Growdoc, how’s this humidity line up with what you expect after 5 days of drying in your device?

Mine is usually at 11 percent by that time, but I don’t meter them anymore, I let it run 4 dry, 4 cure and in the jar she goes.

We got wireless probes in the pizza box. Super interesting to watch the spikes after you seal the box. This is some crazy science. Between. The moisture meter and the probes, I have some quantifiable data to help nail the dry! Wish me luck!

I did it. I have 2 methods of fridge drying that work depending on how much time you have. I did a full lotus setup that went 16 days and a vented lotus setup that finished in 9. I am working on compiling a resource for cold-chain drying and curing that I plan on publishing on Amazon. Through careful monitoring, daily testing, and a basic understanding of thermodynamics, mass transport and atmospheric physics, along with material science and psychrometrics will let you slowly land your grow at the perfect humidity. It’s like landing a plane in slow motion. All of which I plan on covering in the guide.
