Thanks @Blackmoon I am very lucky. I am very fortunate. I just began giving back this past week. I went on Wednesday and donated blood for the first time. With my FIL having cancer and needing blood twice sometime three times a week. I thought what the hell am I thinking not donating to this. Now I know I have O+ blood and I can give Power Red donations. I already scheduled my next appointment in January. Iām pumped!!!

I threw this fire pit together on the morning of a party that 100 people attended
I got the last rock in place at 2pm as people started showing up lol
The diameter of the fire pit is about 3ft
There is a 3ft space around the fire pit
But it really needs to be doubled so people can sit in there chairs and not burn there shins and people can get past without falling in the fire or on someone when you had a few.
But we have had some great parties and get togethers around it none the less

@Blackmoon Now I see the two different areasā¦ I can clearly see the fire pit circle and all the stones making up the outer perimeter. I thought the entire area was the fire pit. Yeah that seating area seems a bit close if you had a real rager going. Itās been so dry here that they are giving out fines if you have a backyard fire going. We havenāt had any significant rain for months. I laugh the town will fine you for burning on your property. I canāt wait until government is delegated back to the burner. Iāll smoke to that!!! I watched a friend of mine do a front summersault out of a lawn chair directly into a fire and rolled out the other side completely unscathed. I mean no singed hair no burns nothing. He was wasted!!! Man did we all laugh about that for years. He doesnāt rememberā¦ā¦

nothing brings people together like fire and ale. Iāve had some great times with great people (on both sides) drinking smoking conversing laughing. Fire is a unifier.

My first blood donation has made its way through the phase 3 testing. It is on its way to storage. I am now an official blood donor. If youāve thought about it, but have never done it, give it a try. It is a very important, and selfless act. Hopefully Iāll see some of you in January, when Iām eligible to donate again. Give The Gift Of Life!!!

@Dforce Thatās awesome D!!! It does feel good to help like this. I was worried as my blood made it through testing. I havenāt been to a doctor since 2020 and the whole Covid crap. Guess Iāve been doing a good job maintaining my blood pressure and heart health. I canāt wait until my next donation. Good for you D!!! Iām glad someone replied!!!
