So the recent gummies I made from 35 G of great trim decarbed, infused 1 cup of coconut oil, and only recovered 60% of the oil. That’s the oil I used in my gummy recipe. Maybe I need to eat more or maybe next time use bud instead of trim. Anybody have any thoughts on that

Tomorrow morning there should be some sprouts. I went ahead and turned on the lowest setting on the exhaust and a circulation fan. I can dig it

Yes I use trim for dry shifting kief, and infusing oil/butter.

Sounds like absorption of the trim played a roll on loss but that’s a whole lot of loss. Did you press it out? I like to pour hot water over it a few times while pressing out to remove it all.

I did press it but no hotwater rinse. Im new. Started with 1.15 cup and ended up with 3/4 cup

I built a press years ago for my collections. Then I got sick of all the added chlorophyll from pressing it out. I decided hot water was an easier removal with less chlorophyll. Never use the press since.

Germination success, 10 out of 10 sprouted. No pre-soak and no paper towel and this time no domes. Just Happy Frog and high humidity. I think I will call this day one, all Cotyledons are present, some true leaves as well. Seedling spectrum at 25% with sunrise and sunset, dli 280.
So I have an extra Caramello Kush and Wedding Cake. What to do?
We’re expecting 36 hours of rain, in California that’s sprinkling to moderate. 2 in is expected. Got the rest of the week off, I’ll fine tune everything today. Happy New all
