Start with 2 or 3 tablespoons in a quart of distilled water: fill an atomizer and douche the plant down thoroughly with particular attention to the flower. No need to rinse; peroxide will revert to water and oxygen.

Do you mean don’t spray the flower ? Or make sure I spay everything and the flowers too…
