Your soil looks wet: cannabis prefers damp loose airy soil and if not using the right medium bad things can happen.
You also appear to be stretching which indicates insufficient light.
hm, i have another one (MAZAR strain),wich is looking fine. I same soil ,same wattering and light.
It is a remediabile problem or its to late? Thank you!

Just let soil dry out, lower light or increase intensity and I’d put it on a 24/0 schedule instead of 18/6.
Every plant is unique and behaves differently to ambient conditions.
