Slow Growth and little odor

Hi, I have two plants, both extremely healthy and in the final stages of flower, my problem is there are not very many trichomes and very little smell from either, I should mention, this had been an extremely slow grow 6 months from seed and probably 4 weeks from harvest, any thoughts. Thanks in advance

Good morning Growmie :oncoming_fist:, tell us a little more about your grow like what type of lights, medium and nutrients you are using. Remember pics or it didn’t happen :smiling_face_with_sunglasses::+1: lol

Welcome to the community , After the slow drying process and cure, I feel like you’ll have a nice aroma. some strains more than others. Good luck finishing up :victory_hand:

I’m guessing this is a auto plant. I have seen a few weird ones on here, over the last few years throwing single leafs. Plant still has several weeks to go in flowering stage to finish.

I’m using two separate 1m square Indoor grow tent, good lighting heating and ventilation, heat 25 degrees, feeding Advanced Nutrients Micro Grow & Bloom, water twice daily. Just so very slow, planted the seeds 15 December, which is during our hottest period, this was a mistake as I think this may have resulted in a healthy but slow grow, what do you think. Thanks

Hi, thanks for the advice, yeh I reckon at least another 6 weeks, that will be almost 8 month grow period, could it be the higher temperatures have caused the long grow, I’ve done 4 previous grows and never been more thane 12-14 weeks, using feminized seeds.

I think you are right. Way more time to go.

This could be a bad phenotype of the genetics of the plant. Looks like it’s been in a constant reveg state. Have you verified that your lights are turning completely off during lights out? I have had LED drivers that fail and the lights don’t fully turn off.

Here’s an example of a seedling light I had that did this. The power is off but the right side is still slightly lit.
