I don’t get this ‘Happy Frog on top and Ocean Forest on the bottom’ business 'cuz I see roots reach the bottom of a 6" cup in less than a week while the space people leave is even less inches from the transplant’s bottom so wouldn’t that transplant be in OF in a couple days anyway.
I’m not being argumentative really just wondering is it helping

You are correct on the tap. There is a difference; it’s the medium. The HF is a wetter mucky mix up top and OF has better drying and drainage.

More upper moisture retention and better seed starting then and allows to age into more well rounded environment.
Edit: I don’t see it as an advantage with salts. You’re not worried about your upper rhizosphere and microbial retention for amend decomp.

It was so bright and clear and cool out I put the WT on the step thinking she’d like it. Then the wind came and it fell 10’ bent in two places but still alive.

Realized around 700ppm of feed minus the supplements and tap water numbers I was only feeding around 500ppm of MG.
I add cal mag and sulfur.
Anyway brought up to around 1000ppm for two feedings now.
Just went from every 3 days to every 2 days. They’re eating n drinking.more.
4" closer to lights. I think training is done.
Flowering at a good rate for my setup anyway relatively speaking of course.

Runnin around 1100 - 1200ppm last two waterings/feedings.
RO water now, approx 400ppm supplements in 750 MG.
2.5 liters (quarts) does all 8 of them to slight runoff.
It’s about time, over two months since I started seeds, next is another quart-sized container grow. Thinking of breeding one more time, back-crossing or trying to stabilize something.
The BX regulars I grew in January were fast, heavy on trichomes, all of them, I got lucky there. I’d like to have them feminized.
And maybe get another CBD photoperiod going for more breeding, got seeds.
In about a week something new will be sprouting.
The closet will stay on 13/11 all winter cuz I’m used to the schedule and it’s working.
Lots to say but not much goin on.
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
I’m grateful for anybody looking at my grow thank you

Done alcoholwash and 4 day evap (room temp) with a jar full of buds.
I could use it like oil or shatter or make medicine with it.
Next is put that in boiling water for about an hour, decarb and no more alcohol I hope, it does the trick anyway.
