The ol outdoor I carry 1.5 liters so they get two cups each lol it’s been a week  and two weeks before that  got three visits in six weeks totalling 1.5L of sugar water and cal mag each and two good rains. The big tree’s shadow shades like 10am to 1pm. I wanted noon to 2pm but was off by 20’ but well it was May. Outdoor plants are wicked! Doesn’t needa be 8’ high September storms are coming. Northeast hey. That’s my gardening thoughts.

Physalis Peruviana ground cherry 4th generation seed saved from the most-thriving volunteers.

No observations from temp RH or light changes. But watered about 2d ago and it gets worse with increased watering so I think it’s the NitroGrow, sounds like hot soil but we will get thru it :man_farmer: Turgor is there just the roots are hurt and it’s showing in the margins. Well I watered one a lot let’s see if she gets really sick

1.5L sugar water is for ?

Feeding soil microbes. Ran out of molasses, so brown sugar

Can you be more specific

I m sorry to keep bothering you but what does it do for the plant , what do the microbes do ?

I don’t know what microbes do for roots anymore, really I forget.

This will help. A lot of growers use agricultural grade unsulphured black molasses to feed the microbes. A healthy population in the soil breaks down all of the organic matter to a form that the plants root depend on for proper uptake.

Think of something similar like Worm Castings.

Love the activities and the chat on sugar, molasses water. I do give my plants a drink once in cycle to help with the soil. Great conversation and post from @Fieldofdreams .

Yes, stainless is hard, had to use a handful of my better drill bits. Ruined about $50 worth of bits. The pots better last!

Raining good so don’t need to see my guerrilla-grow for another week. They do better without me anyway
Had some bad yellowing the other day ago…

Getting better for no apparent reason. Good thing they’re photos, survive this hot soil then flip for flowering feed

Happy weekend gardening my growmates
