Gosh you make me feel like a tired old weakling. I’m only 31 and my back started goin out on me a couple years ago. I started working with my dad at a young age and I guess years of not know what lift with your legs means has kind of caught up to me. I do love to work. But I really do have to watch myself these days.

Bro. I dont talk much about it because i do not allow it to effect my mind. I am not a person in whom goes to doctors or ask others what is wrong. I take no meds at all other than weed that is. I have what is called macro degeneration of the spine. My spine pops in and out of place at will, or an accident or when ever it feels like it. I can even do it at will.
I do not ever let it slow me down. .blank that.
I jjust keep going. Pain is a state of mind. It is one i have learned how to control. It dont mean i do not hurt. It just means when i do hurt, i am the one in control. I do not let it alter my day.
It took me allot of digging in life to reach this place.

Haven’t been very active been in one of my funks last couple days but think its getting better was supposed to work on truck but rain so washed dogs and fixn to start cleaning tent and fans exhaust included then gotta do some engi nerin😁
