# Sideways seedling

Hi all, I could use some advice. One of my seedlings is starting to grow sideways. Is this caused by something I did when planting? And what would be the best way to correct it?

Without pics I would have to assume it stretched and fell over. Brace it and lower your light.

Is it bending towards the light then it was reaching for the light but couldn’t hold its own weight (usually because they’re leggy) I usually add extra medium as a support

Do you have a fan circulating air? This will allow the stem to strengthen for the weight coming later.
