Even if you flip today they won’t actually get the message for a week or more. You can just finish this res. No harm no foul.

I am still working on my ro system. My caulk didn’t hold so I got a JB Weld plastic stick today. Hoping it will do the trick. Gotta get the caulk off the pieces first, but plan to do it tonight.

you can rough up the surface with a little sandpaper clean the dust off to help with adhesion. Silicone would be the product you want. latex caulk won’t stick or seal as well. It will also shrink more than silicone as it dries.

Well, scuffing it may have done the trick, but too late now. I already used up my caulk and started with the other stuff. Hopefully it will work. Doesn’t have to be water tight, just can’t come apart with the weight of the water. I will show you one tomorrow whether it works or not so you’ll see what I am trying to do. It’s a great idea for making something from what I have on hand, if it works. But I have a lot of great ideas that don’t work, sooo…

Man I’m so glad to be done with THAT. Still gotta get the water out of the tent but I can suck it up for now.
@Gl1tch You were correct, Sir. The JB did not hild so I went with the ole trusty american way and drilled holes and cut old power cords up and tied it all together. It’s perfect! Yay Me!!!

Got home today and my house was reeking when I opened the door. Guess I better use the vanillay exhaust fan thing for the next few days until CPS is here and gone taking the boy to parental visits. My my my, wouldn’t THAT be a showdown…
