First day to be out fishing on the ice, not a bad day We ended up with 4 walleyes, wanted to go for Splake but it will have to wait until next weekend we need about another 2" of ice before we go out on the trout lake.

Still going to stuff them with fresh smashed garlic cloves though, flash crisp in cast iron and into the oven for a bit

That’s just torture. That prime rib is food porn to the 3rd power. It looks so delicious
@Lostgirl ,been doing prime rib/turkey/chicken that way for along time.Should you get a rotisserie,always get one with solid rod.Ones with couplings alway warp and sag.
Seems everything takes 2 1/2 - 3 hours to be done.
And yes your right it is pure torcher.its torcher watching it spin n cook.Doobies help with watching and food comas
