When i trim the pork belly, i cure those for salt pork. Omg salt pork is 5.00 for 12ozs. I square the pork belly for bacon, the trim makes great salt pork which i use on most beans i make. Butter beans and pintos. Ummgoood

Making a sheet pan of garlic honey mustard chicken with fresh green beans and white/red/purple baby potatoes for dinner. Just put it in the oven. Gonna be extra garlicky lol

Do any of you use a sous vide device? If so, do you have recommendations on a newbie-budget, but quality, device? On Amazon, there are seemingly decent ones in the $60 range.
