Should I bury more of the stem so my plant isn’t so lengthy

Should I add soil up to green or red line? Or wait til the first leaves to fall off themselves to do it? Or don’t do it at all? It’s strictly out doors so I can’t control the weather, light hours etc there for it’s a bit lengthy

To the red and move your light closer

I would go a little bit under that red line plus use something to stake it up with ( a stick longer then the plant with pipe cleaners to hold it up so it wont fall over)
