LOL… I appreciate you stopping by! Hope you have a great Thanksgiving Day!
Very nice haul @Caligurl , congrats!
Thank you, my friend! I appreciate you!
That’s a good one.
It really is. He’s got a handful of great pieces.
In my thoughts sister, i thought you were reading my medical chart, i understand all of that.
Especially if you listen all the way to the end…
You know, sometimes while I’m hiking, I catch a glimpse of a rock that just has to come home with me
You reminded me of my wife with that. She loved collecting any odd or unusually shaped rocks, of any size. When I was going through her personal items, I found multiple rocks in several locations
I do the same thing: when the wife and I were in England I picked up a number of pieces of flint; used to build walls and castle walls. Beautiful honey colored stuff. And sharp!
When we were in Iceland, the wife got some sand from Black Sand beach. Our trip back wasn’t direct to Vancouver, stopped in Seattle so it meant we had to go thru US Customs. They put on the gloves and tested the sand thinking it was some sort of chemical! She almost missed her flight out of Iceland because of that. And they rechecked her in Seattle because she was flagged in Iceland! Almost missed that flight too!
Another one of my favorite times of the year… Winter!! Means plenty of
2 mandarin trees, 2 yellow lime trees, 1 lemon tree, 5 grapefruit trees, 1 pecan, and 1 fig all in the upper garden.
Wow thats cool having other things coming in for harvest sister
It is! And now is lettuce, broccoli, chard, etc season!
All we’re growing here is snow turds…
Wow I’m a bit jealous. Everything is dormant here. Cold, damp, snow flurries, rain. Etc.
