Seedlings healthy, but wierd leaf edges

Welcome in..
ILGM is great .
Great people here with lots of knowledge..
Everyone is willing to help.

Have a stellar day Gro Bro..
Welcome aboard…
Enjoy the ride!!

It bugs me that the :white_check_mark: solution is wrong. I don’t want new growers getting the wrong info and ignoring a deficiency.

This is buggin me as well. I thought the same thing My Brother! @Olaf.ILGM can this solution be changed to the right answer?

Thanks. Yeah, one of my seedlings has wild stripes of yellow on her leaves. The plant is otherwise very healthy.

I took out the “solution” tag on my original response to “variegation”. So hopefully, everyone going forward will only find the “cal/mag” answers for Coco leaf spotting. Preshade you.

The pictured one shows it’s lacking Calcium. I know this from the location on plant.
Upper = Ca
Lowers = Mg
Next is how it’s coming in between veins. It’s spotted and not solid. The spotting are areas of high Ca concentrations in the leaf that are being cannibalized.

changed now.

Guys, y’all are a big fountain of cannabis growing knowledge and SO cheerfully helpful. Thanks again! Now I know how to spot cal deficiencies as well as “normal” variegation.

I been Growin almost 8 years and I still have problems diagnosing them. I always get a second opinion from @Budbrother

But looks like you got it! :+1::+1:

Everybody knows more about something than any of us.
Wow, that was deep :laughing:

Team, I wanted to post an update.
The original Calcium deficiency never got better, but as planned, once the roots got past the Coco Loco seed block, the Happy Frog soil I used for the 1 gallon transplant provided good nutes. Here is my best girl (Columbian Gold) at 7 weeks from planting.
So happy with this season’s grow so far.
