Seedlings grow string thin

seeds start quick, grow about 4"-6" string thin, stall for for a couple of weeks then die, any suggestions would be appreciated,

And second, lights?? More info on setup, strain, medium, etc would be a great help.

Sounds like the light is too far away and the beans have to stretch to much.

how close should the lights be ?

T5 should be 4-5 inches away at seedling stage, the LED, who knows, a million different kinds of them, need more info for better answers.

I think I’M going into greenhouse and supplement light a couple hours in A.M. and P.M.,loosing l.e.d. new seeds going into soil instead of plugs, please let me know if new plan is good or bad.
