Anyone ever have an RO system run continually? My RO system has been recharging continually and draining discharge for 2 days. It is a 4 stage system and I’m going to replace all 4 filters tomorrow to see if it resolves the problem. Any others with similar experience?

I only have the 3 stage RO buddie 75 and have to manually turn the water off and on or it vibrates something fierce once the float valve is closed. Really loud, shakes the pipes and walls. Couple times I’ve let it go and the discharge would eventually stop.

Just a follow up:
I replaced the filters this past weekend and the continual recharging and recharging at random times stopped. The only time it recharges now is immediately after I have dispensed enough water to trigger recharging. It runs long enough to top off the tank and then stops until enough water is taken from the tank again.

That’s interesting. Wonder what in the filters could have caused the tank to drop in level enough to initiate recharge.
