Have a great and restful night Brother!
With using FFOF after transplant being hot soil would u guys recommend using the grow big mix? Seems like it would spike my ppms way too high early on which seems like where I made my mistakes last grow. So just use runoff readings until ppms drop? Was just a thought… Hope everyone is having a fantastic day!!!
Grow big mix, is that FF grow big fertilizer. If so you probably won’t need it until later in veg. I use OF and Coco Loco and my ppm’s were high all the way until I started Flower. Only thing I used is cal mag.
Subbed
Set to watching! Just started my first grow, very excited to tag along.
Thanks brother man
We have tap roots! Placed in moist paper towels in ziplocks and put back up until tomorrow after work. These girls are ready to go and so am I !!!
Me too Brother!!
Lol I just saw your journal that’s so funny we were typing at the same time
Great minds think alike!! @ReconBravo
@ReconBravo. @Dman1969.
Sounds like ya both got some top notch girls on the go. Grow lil darlings grow.
Thank you My Brother Barry! The Purple Kush seems a tad bit shy
but we will see in the morning
hope everyone has a great night!!
@ReconBravo Please show some pics before you plant your girls. I’m wondering witch technique works best. How long were the tails before you went into paper towels? And did you use peroxide in your cups?
Absolutely my friend. And yes 1 drop of peroxide per shot glass. My tails weren’t as long as your long one. They were cracked and peeking
That’s awesome Brother! I’ve done it 3 different ways. I’ve went straight into soil, did the water and peroxide and the paper towel trick. In my personal opinion I think the old paper towel thing works the best. But that’s why I’m observing both of our techniques.
Nice set-up @ReconBravo, hope you don’t mind if I crash the party?
Good vibes and good luck with the grow brother
Thanks man! Would love for you to ride along for sure!
If you don’t mind me asking, what made you choose the size container that you went with? I’m asking for my own curiosity as I’m in the planning stages for summer and upcoming indoor grows.
A 5 gallon fabric pot should still be able to grow monster plants. I do it with only filing up a 5 gallon bucket 1/2 way with soil.
As I enjoy growing super monsters, I went with the 15 gallon fabric pots. I will probably scale them down to 10 gallon on the next grow cycle so I can see which suits me better.
Not gonna grow big plants. It’s my first time growing 4 so I wanted them to be manageable
