When I run autos now, if inside, I just keep them 12/12 the whole time. They seem to grow just as fast and good, while saving energy. Otherwise, I throw them outside since they are small and flower no matter what. I can use my indoor space for speeding up photos.
My new plants are 9 days old still in the Jiffy Pellets when should I transplant them into my 3 gallon fabric grow pots. They are already 4" tall and leaning. I am worried. First time indoor grower. Ranman

ok, Ido you see any roots growing out of the pellet yet? Theyare prob just ready for transfer. Give a light watering then put then in their new home just before dark.
Thatâs what I have done. There height and leaning is really worried me. They are still in the Jiffy Pellets and in the tent. I will transplant two in the three gallon fabric grow pots tomorrow. I has completely broken. The best two will go in the grow pots tomorrow. The other three are going in one gallon pots and are going outside. Thanks for all your support and help. Wish me luck. Well I transplanted my 4 plants into my tent on day 9. They were like 4 inches tall & leaning bad. So I put my best two in 3 gallon fabric grow pots, using FFOF soil with some added Perlite. Iput the other 2 in 1 gallon pots. Which I will transplant outside in around May 1rst. Anyway I was able to get the plants standing upright using the soil. Someone said to put them in tent with full light for 48 hours. I put them on full light for about 32 hours & swicthed it to the 18/6. Now they are about 1 " out of the soil.My tent was only about 68 to 70 degrees, so I put an electric heater in the Tent and now the Temp is between 80 & 82 degrees F. We will have to just see how it goes. Thanks for all your advice & help. Ranmam.

Try to keep temps around 75-79 degrees if possible. That seems to be the magic number for me. Make sure your checking ph levels on the water your putting too. Should be 6.0-6.5 after nutes added/ or without nutes. Good luck! Happy growing!
Yeah I had to turn Heater down & now the temp is 78 and the ph in the water is at 6.5. So I will keep my fingers crossed & see what happens. Ranman.

I donât know what I did wrong but my plants I started in Jiffy Pellets and at 10 days I put them in Tent. They are very small with only 4 little leaves. Now they are 13 days old. My tent is 32/32/63" with a 600 LED LIGHT. I hope that they donât fail They are on 18 on 6 off. My pH is about 7 & plants are reading moist with the pH meter. I used FFOF soil with extra Perlite added. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Ranman.

Couple things, try keeping the light within 6-12 inches from the leaves until they start to fill out. They will take about a week to get back on track after transplanting. Also, let the dirt dry out until they start to droop, then water, but make sure you water by creating a ring around the plant at least six inches from the stem and work your way to the edge of the bag. This will help the roots spread quicker looking for the water at the edge of you bags. Less water is best. Remember itâs a weed plant and the if the soil stays too moist or wet the roots canât breathe. Lastly, watch your humidity. While veging they like it around 60-70%, in flower keep it around 30-35% so you donât get moldy buds.
Thanks the humidity stays around 45 to 60.But I did just noticed that the two in the fabric pots have two more leafs. I think I am over worried. They are only two weeks old. Any hint how to raise humidity. I have a small heater in with them and it stays between 77 or 79 F. Thanks again for all your quick responses. Ranman.

If youâre at 45-60 youâre golden. no worries then. If you still need one you can use a regular humidifier or get an auto control humidifier online. Here are some comparisons.
Right now my tent is 79 degrees and 60 percent humidity. I think the two in the fabric pots are going to make it. I checked some rain water outside and it was 6.5 pH. Will rain water hurt them. I watered them earlier and the best one which was the tallest before Transplanting Jiffy Pellets. The two have 6 leaves now.They have like a 3.2 once bottle of Roots booster or strengthening. Should I use that. The seeds went in Pellets on the 15th. Transplanted and put in Tent on 25th. So they have been in Tent 5 days. Wish I could send you pictures. But wonât allow says Gmail wonât allow for some shit. Ranman.

The soil your using is already pretty strong. I use the same soil and I donât add any nutrients until about 6 weeks after transplant. Otherwise you can burn her out and thereâs no coming back from that. So take it easy on nutes until you see she is lacking something. You will know because you will see changes in the leaves from the bottom up usually. Rain water is as good as any, prob better if the ph is good. Try posting the pics from your cell phone memory instead of the computer. It might work that way. Youâre doing great! Keep up the hard work. Try not to spend more than 10 min per plant per day as a guideline so you donât overcare for them. They are surprisingly resiliant.

I just collected rain water and itâs reading on the high side of 6 on the pH meter. Sure cheaper than buying it. You think It will work alright? Ranman.

So what are your thoughts on using rain water on my plants. It is reading on the high side of six on the pH meter. I have had the plants in the tent since last Sunday so that is 6 days on 18/6 light schedule.Ranman. Also I ordered a 3onze bottle of Voodoo juice it is supposed to make the roots strong. Should I use it on the 2 out of the 4 plants. The two smaller ones. Also how far above the plants should I have my 600 w LED LIGHT?
