Looking great Brother. Have you started backing off on your feed yet if not you may want too. Especially the one with the fried leaves. This is early for the fade. Your buds are pretty much built. Now the buds start to ripen you should be backing off the feed. If you are awesome. Just watchin your back My Brother.

Can dodge the RDWC sickness problem by attaching a coil to your chiller and cooling your buckets down that way.
Another words the of one gets sick both could get sick from adjusting..

After the buds have stopped building mass then you start to taper your feedings down. It doesn’t take as much energy for the buds to ripen as it does to build them. I hope I’m making sense.

Mine are going to taper starting today, just a bit of Epsom and sulfur to help them ripen, I think buds are about as big as they are going to be and now is the time to ripen and bring out the terps!

Man I trimmed my OG Kush the other day and was dreading trim jail. I even started trimming regularly with the trimmers but then I thought about it and said screw it and broke out the bull trimmer for the first time, man I swear that thing works miracles. All the buds came out decent looking and I trimmed 6 oz in less than 30 minutes. I’m telling you do the bull trimmer is where it’s at!

I’ve been going through some of the older archived posts from a few years ago and one of the things that stuck out to me was the Hempy Bucket system. I’ve done the Kratky method, and DWC but haven’t done the Hempy system yet. Seems like it could be an interesting experiment for fun. Here’s a picture for those that aren’t familiar:
Has anyone here recently used this method? Is it just older tech and fallen out of favor? It seems to make sense in a lot of ways and might be fun to try. One of the complaints that I read was people saying that the perlite or hydroton comes out of the 1/2” drain hole. This seems like a super easy fix with just putting a little patch of window screen over it. Plus, it would help keep anything from crawling inside of it (outside you know). I would be interested to know everyone’s thoughts on this. I always like learning new things when I can. Appreciate your time and input. Thanks.

The plant’s will steel you, if they are dark green and healthy, keep on at that dose, if they look hungry slowly increase until they green up. Even MC1 says to watch your plants to see if they need more or less.
