I feel my best when I eat primarily protein, and some fruits in moderation. Carbs are my weakness. They’re so good. Lol
That’s an awesome gig to shoot for! I had something similiar but wanted to open a brewpub and make craft beers. Just something small 3-4 barrel system and see if it would grow from there. On the back burner now.

I’ve got two friends on the carnivore diet that have gotten off of a whole bunch of medications and also completely relieved of eczema… interesting.
I’m not going to start off full go. I’ll start with a more paleo approach and see how that goes before maybe transitioning to full blown carnivore. Glad to hear it has worked for some of your friends on it. Like to hear that.

How are the smells on the cheese and the tangie?
Cheese has such a funky smell that I don’t know how to describe. It’s such a good high tho IMO. I wish more people could get past the name and try it.
Tangie smells sweet and earthy so far. I get a better sense of the smells once I have them bagged up for a couple days. I’ll report back soon tho

It is hard to describe. Not quite gym socks. Not quite cave cheese. Mine had big colas that were super dense. More of a laid back high for me.
For lack of better description, mine had a “cream” smell. Not quite sweet, not sour, but not earthy. It’s definitely a unique strain, with an off putting name. Amazing affects, and worth growing. Anyone willing to get past the name won’t be disappointed.
What is the modification, dropping carbs first then transitioning to only or mostly meat?
You will drop probably 10 or so pounds in first week or two then will get sick as hell. If you can power through that will be feeling pretty good about it. From that point rate of weight loss will slow down some but if you limit carbs and intake mostly in the morning you will stay on track. In my experience cheat days don’t really work well with this kind of diet. But if you fast for 24 hours prior to starting will kick it in into jigh gear pretty quickly.
Modified as in I’ll probably start with eating vegetables and do more of a paleo type diet and see how that works first. If I like it, I might not go full carnivore diet. Just feeling the need to get in better shape cuz I turn 40 in a couple months

That diet will serve you well, it worked great for me, until I started eating a few carbs again.
