She is a Mendo Skunk clone which I put into flower about 9 days ago. She has plenty of bud sights on her but based on photo’s is there anything I can do to help her along ?

There are no shortcuts. A focus on the basics will produce the best results. Good lighting, management of PPM and pH, proper watering, and so on…
She looks healthy and is. There is plenty of space between the plants nodes. Have you considered better lighting?

So it had a lot to do with the fact I didnt know about LST when I got these.

Maybe she is. Honestly I pull her out of the dark and put her in every day and just keep her up on the food and water.
I am just trying to let her do her thing.
