Psilocybin mushrooms are only legal for sale in the US in Ann Arbor, MI. Many cities do not prosecute possession which includes Denver, Oakland CA, Santa Cruz, Seattle, Washington DC, and a couple of cities in MA.
You can buy spores in Indiana and grow them yourself, but growing is illegal. Spores themselves are not illegal in Indiana. All spore vendors will ship to Indiana.
The case law from Indiana prosecutions indicate that prosecution for possession or growing are lenient. A 2024 Indiana law funds research on psilocybin to evaluate benefits for things like depression and PTSD. The state government is somewhat understanding, but keep in mind that that opinion may not be shared by all county prosecutors.

I got a request for some pizza toppings yesterday so I may get something going here soon.
I just weighed a few. I weighed 5 caps a few times (all different caps) and it averaged 7 grams each time, so a valid estimate is a little over a gram each.
I dose every other day with 2 caps. Two grams is a very heavy microdose, but I have built up a tolerance over the years and I don’t feel the effects.
I have taken 4 caps a few times on the weekends. I can feel it when I take 4. I see brighter colors, my imagination is more active, and I get a little bit of anxiety for a couple of hours. I’m guessing with my tolerance I’d have to take 8 or 9 grams to have a full-on psychedelic experience. I’ve been doing this for several years.
Me too. I’m about out of shrooms for caps. I ordered 3 syringes of B+ a few days ago. I’ll make a couple of LC jars and will inoculate 8 popcorn jars so that I can run 2 tubs. I usually get 100 to 150 grams (dried) from a couple of good flushes.
Popcorn will colonize a few weeks faster when using LC versus inoculating with spores.
At 2 grams per dose every other day, I will need ~730 grams per year to maintain my dosing schedule.
I must not be pressing hard enough. I could never get more then .75 in a Triple 0 cap 
So you make LCs from a MS syringe?
I inject 2ml of spores from a syringe into a half-pint jar. The jar is 2/3 filled with sterilized distilled water and a tablespoon of Karo syrup.It colonizes within a few weeks.
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay easier then my way

You don’t pressure cook the karo and water together?
I pressure cook the jars for 30 minutes to sterilize the Karo/water solution, let it cool, then inoculate. It’s the reason I only fill the jar by 2/3. It would boil over if I filled it more.
Karo is just corn syrup; a sugar for the mycelium to feed on. It’s important to keep the Karo/water ratio around 5%. Too much or too little won’t colonize. A tbsp per half pint works well.

The way I read it you had sterile water and added karo.
My LC recipe uses Karo too, but a long list of other ingredients I reckon now ain’t to important.
Going to see this eve at lights on if I still have a aquarium heater so I can set up a little incubation station.
Already to cool in the house but by time the LCs and me are ready maybe we will have the stove fired up and I can run a small heater to fruit
