It’s easy to DIY this next time so you can save your money. All you need is a jar, water, and Karo syrup. I use half-pint jars with a teaspoon of Karo.
I maintain LC jars this way. I currently have 4 of them growing.

I inoculated this bag with golden teacher spores on the 16th and i noticed just now that we have mycelium woo hoo!!! im pretty excited about it

When invocation of an LC multiplier. North spore kit. 5cc? Temp and means of storage? I’m getting mixed feeling during research. I’ve came up with inoculation of 5cc’s. Shake. Let sit 73*f dark for 3 days before another shake. Then shake every day after till desired amount of multiplying. Then slurry up all the LC in their own individual syringes and refrigerate.

I use 1ml spores per half-pint jar. 5cc would be overkill unless you are using something like a half-gallon jar. Shake, wait, shake, wait a day, shake, and so on sounds overcomplicated and a bit like bro science nonsense to me. I’ve had plenty of successful LC jars and have never shaken them.
Inoculate, maintain temps in the mid to high-70s, and in 4 to 6 weeks you will see mycelium develop.

Hey guys i inoculated this bag 11/16 its got a really nice cake going on but the bottom and the corners dont seem to wanna fill in growth seems to have slowed or possibly stopped do you guys think it will fill in the strain is golden teacher i have just left the bag in the box in my closet on top the water heater im a newbie

It looks overly wet. Wet substrate will struggle to colonize.

I have a GT spore syringe and an LC syringe. I have 6 popcorn jars ready to be inoculated. I also have 20 agar plates. I also have an LC multiplier. My question is. Should I use the spore syringe to put a couple drops on every agar? Then use the LC syringe to put 1cc in every popcorn jar. Also with the remainder LC syringe. Should I put that in the LC multiplier?

I’m not familiar with LC multipliers and have no idea.
You can use LC or spores to inoculate. Media inoculated with LC will colonize about 30% faster than those inoculated with spores.

Think I should use the spores to make agar to eventually be able to use the agar chunks to drop in the popcorn jars?
