That is a male plant, and you need to quarantine it or cull it.
It appears to be over-watered, dark, and damp.
Could be lack of nitrogen as well from what I read last night on sick plants but I’m no professional , he’ll latewood knee the sex , you might want to listen to him , better yet are you giving it any nutrients are is there any in your potting mix ? Could be saturated or drown roots which is a very common rookie mistake .
at this point get rid of it…that’s a male, first thing I said to myself when I first saw it, so it really don’t matter whats wrong with it …sorry
