Hey PR check your ppms going in before you feed too next time you do run off to make sure your run off is around the same that went in. That will also let ya know if anything funky is going on with her. I know that’s not what you were asking but just throwing that in there ![]()
i’ve grown outdoors for years. in ground, not pots and you can go full on butcher with them.
i have topped my plants 4 times already… have cut 5 feet of height off my now 7 footers.
also defol. like a madman next day can;'t tell i did anything. when you give this ‘‘weed’’ good soil, ample light and love it is almost impossible to stop it…
You are correct. Past week its all I can do to feed, and keep forgetting to check ppm in. Be glad when I come out of this “fog” I been in. Luckily they look great, so I must not of botched anything too bad?!
If your ppms before you go in are different when they come out on run off then you usually have a salt or nutrient build up in the medium. I THINK that’s what that means if I remember correctly. Hopefully someone more seasoned will Jump in soon. I know your asking about appropriate ppm lvls for early flower but just also throwing this stuff out there. But I believe you want to be around 1000-1200 for early flower? Someone posted a basic ppm guide to go off of and I can’t find it now… yes for sure buddy! Haha I hope you feel better though soon!
Yes I have that guide, and im high ppm. Especially on the one. Wonder if you trying to bring ppm out to lower #, that you shouldn’t even use calmag in the water?
Yes but they do look great
that’s awesome. I love the colors and everything there throwing love that like green and orange color on my buds
Yours are definitely
! Nice all I can say.
That is pretty high as concrete was saying PPM should come out slightly higher than what goes in but not much at least in soil if it gets too high yeah you would want to do a flush get him back to the numbers you want I would say if you go in a thousand you wouldn’t want more than 12 or 14 coming out otherwise flush down to 12 or 14 then check ppm’s as they go in and come out to keep on track
12 or 1400 you mean? I think im catching it in time.
Yes 12 to 1400 out
Me being so sick, im half scatter brained. Trying my best to not get off track too bad. Actually stayed home from work today, hoping some rest out of the heat may help. Im so relyed on at work, makes staying home a huge deal. Oh well, gotta do what I gotta do. I am running to petsmart though this am to get a wave maker for my new nute bucket. Rig that up in the AC while I chill today. Always thinking about the grow!
I would consider popping off those lower fan leaves. Just a suggestion. I owuld not go nuts or too high but, those big beautiful leaves at the bottom have served their purpose, and I am not a big fan af massive defoliaiton. Of course it is your choice. Beautiful plant. ![]()
What week are you in? I started to answer and I am leaving it below but, I got confused by someone else’s pik.
Water only ph 6.5
No Calmag needed this late in grow. you want to reduce Nitrogen, not add it too late in grow.
It alsO appears you did alot of defoliating. Autos should not be stressed this way. I am sure this is why it took so long for the plants to get over the shock and concentrate energy on flowering instead of producing more leaves.
Happy growing.
p.s. If I am misunderstanding somehting, just holler ![]()
Took some off last night actually. Not much.
OK. It just appears to be so bare. my bad…
The autos are outside and never grew any real leaves or branches, that’s why they look that way. Odd I know. My ppm questions and lamp power question, are in my tent. Mid 2nd week since flip to 12/12. Sorry if confusing.
photos they are. Mango kush. Not seeing nute or light burn. Im at 270 Watts now and 18 above canopy.
Ya salt buildup and possible nute lock can occur. I’d flush with just pure PH’d water until your ppm are lower.
