Yes. What would they do?
If you run air stone in water/nute solution it will usually bring ph up a little.
I got a Biopharm kit for ph test. 7 and 4 solution and storage solution. After soaking in storage solution 1 day I rinsed in filtered water. Calibrated in 7 then in 4. Ph of filtered water was 6.6 with 12 ppm. After adding the superbloom I am using for flower it was 4.6 ph and 1012 ppm. I am going to water tonight, the lights turn on at 4 pm, and measure the ph and ppm of runoff.
I got ph up from pet store but not really very much change. It say a couple drops per gallon but I added over 50 drops and seeing nothing. I will order some different ph up online.
Any one recommend a good brand they are using?
I use general hydroponics ph up and it takes quite a bit. I use one of these medicine syringes and it takes about 8ml to get up to 6.6 from 5.9
On the other hand, It only takes about 5 drops of ph down to take it from 7.1 to 6.5
One gallon of pH up coming tomorrow. Could not find any locally. Since the soil and water here is mostly alkaline every one just carries ph down.
Next grow in the tent is going to be a new learning experience.
