As @FloridaSon said to get those kind of yields you will have to put them on a strict feeding regimen and do some agressive training for sure

Please forgive me. This was on the wrong topic. My phone has really been messing with me.
This late in the year, all you can really do now would be low stress training. Anything more advanced would slow them down at a point that you want them constantly growing.
Pull them down from the top and secure them in place with a loosely tied piece of twine. Remove any fan leaves that come into contact with the surface of the soil.
Any branching shoot that is facing down after being pulled to the side can be removed. This will allow the energy to be directed to the upward facing branches.
After around 2 or 3 weeks later, pull the new branches to the sides and secure as before. By this time, you should be entering flowering.
Try it on one, since this is your first time growing, so you can see the difference. Some plants take to training better than others. I havenât grown that strain, so Iâm not sure what she prefers.

Thank you again. Another question if I may, one of my White Widows is now at 11 weeks, and one of the buds appears to be much more red the others. Whatâs the cause if this and should it be a concern.

Yes, that whole post was for you. I really hate adding confusion, so I apologized for the errant post.
LST is the only help I know of at this point. I think trying to supercrop would only cause problems at this point.
