Order not appearing in profile


I placed an order last week, but the order never appeared in my profile under ‘My Orders’. It is blank as this is my first time ordering from ILGM. Furthermore, I received an confirmation number of #2139919, and the payment was also taken from my account. I understand there are currently some delays with shipping according to some other posts, but given the nature of this issue, I’d assume this is a system issue given there is 0 information within my profile or orders. I just want to ensure that something is not amiss and that my order is not lost.
