Late flower on one plant. Other is two weeks in

Late flower on one plant. Other is two weeks in

I poped two seeds at same time. One has been in flower two weeks now but the other showes no signes of flowering. It looks to be healthy but not exactly normal. Could it just be late or trying to swith sides. Picture does not do much justice but i will add one anyway. They were kept in the same tent. Same soil. Same light. Same feeding. Advanced nutrients bloom A and B. Big bud and bud candy. Every couple weeks i give recharge. Water ph 6.0

They look good. Are they autos or photos? Soil grow?

There’s pistils so it’s ready to flower. Try putting lights on 12/12. If they are autos, they will be fine. Sometimes they need a little jumpstart, if the ruderalis is a little weak. If they are photoperiods, and on 12/12 already, then just gotta wait it out lol.
