On track or doing better/worse?

Honestly the plant is an auto and about 14 weeks old. I can’t imagine they will become cloudy. Idk if I should chop tomorrow or wait. Fml

It’s at about 14 weeks I can’t imagine it would turn cloudy now? Chop down would be your opinion?

Leaves are dying and a good bit are purple now. If anybody would like to vote and help me decide to leave it longer or chop I’d super appreciate it lol.

From seed? Or flowering? I mean 14 weeks is beyond when I’d hack it down probably. I’m assuming that’s 6 weeks veg/8 weeks Flower ish.

Ya. I don’t disagree with others, their information is accurate. Just where i’m at with stuff like this. A few small patches of amber trics i wouldn’t have any issue letting go. But seems like you’re getting them all over.

If i had to guess difference from top to lowers is something to do with light intensity or maybe canopy temps. Maybe plant is just a little more sensitive to stuff like that.

From seed 14 weeks. And I just really don’t know what to do debating chopping it tomorrow or not.

Yea definitely all over, also did have a weak light starting stages of the planes life and didn’t get a good two lights till probably week 8 honestly. I know that’s a big part I just need direction to chop or not. Would you chop it now?

And yea pretty spot on. About 6 weeks veg and 8 flower. Would you chop it now seeing the trichs or try to wait on more cloudy ones?

I chop when my gut says to. It sounds like a lame answer but I have learned to let them go until I look and say “this is ready.” Sometimes I let them go another week after that, and usually that’s when I see the male parts starting to show up.

Dbrn has the right input - the uppers are probably quite ready and the lowers are very likely not as matured.

My solution is to go ahead and chop the topmost colas, and leave the others for another week or two.

Don’t wanna sound crazy and throw you off but weirdly the bottom is more ready than the top. :man_facepalming:t3: which I guess I could just chop them and leave the top going.

Yup. Exactly. Chop what’s ready and leave the rest.

Take a bud from middle of plant not huge but one single bud from mid of plant not too not the lower in the middle of plant half way up scope out one of them buds. After u snip one loose. Rip it in half and look thru the center of the bud see what does that look like.

Nice Shots Growmie. Growers choice at this stage. I’m an 80/20 kind of dude unless I’m growing a few of the same strain, let a run of Skittlez go different percentages :love_you_gesture:

Looks good to me. I’m inclined to chop when amber shows up, especially if it’s consistently across the plant. When I’m doubt take a sample bud she see how you like the high.

It’s really easy to get wrapped up in what we assume is a black and white timeline. In reality we’re waiting for nature to do her thing, and it’s always at her pace.

Any pictures of your whole plant?

Maybe a dumb question but can I take a single bud and smoke it without drying it first?

@kjcarr24 have you begun weaning her off of everything and just giving her plain water?

Yep about two weeks ago, just water

@kjcarr24 I e seen @MidwestGuy state he’s familiar with Autos running up to 17 wks. Let’s get his opinion.
